The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Cricket Association Inc., has offered condolences to the family of the late Joseph Jack, a former national and Windward Islands Cricketer, who passed away over the week end.
A former police officer, Joseph Jack was an outstanding fast bowler who rose to spearhead the fast bowling attack of the Windward Islands.
In his cricketing career, he also functioned as a national selector, and managed several national cricket teams.
He was also an inspiration to young cricketers in the Stubbs area, and in particularly for his club, Spartans.
The SVGCA Inc. shares the grief of his wife Myrtle, his children and the rest of his family, as well as cricketers in the state, as we mourn the loss of this former distinguish cricketer.
