French Verandah SVG Community College represented in Garfield Sobers tournament

Bridgetown, Barbados – 16th July 2016 – The French Verandah SVG Community College recorded four wins, two losses and had two abandoned matches  in its inaugural participation of the Sir Garfield Sober Cricket International School Cricket tournament. The Vincentian team ended 7th in the 16 team competition. 

Jeremy Layne, Jerremy Haywood, Shane Roberts and Othniel Lewis were all selected to attend training for the Master Class all stars game scheduled for Tuesday 19th July. Othniel Lewis will however miss the game as he return to Windward Islands Under 19 duties from Tuesday Morning

The Tournament Final will be played on Monday 18th July between Antigua Combined Schools and Oakville Academy of Canada.

The French Verandah SVG Community College team will return home on Wednesday 20th July
